Job Responsibilities 

· Prepare and post journal entries 

· Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations 

· Maintain accurate financial records and reports 

· Process weekly payroll across various locations 

· Assist with external audit preparation 

· Identify cost-saving and revenue-enhancing opportunities 

· Support accounts payable as needed 

Job Requirements 

· Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred 

· 3+ years of accounting experience 

· Payroll processing experience required 

· Strong Microsoft Excel skills 

· ERP system experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) 

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills 

· Professional, dependable, and confidential 

· Great communicator and team player
